– Multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (MA/IDIQ) contract for information technology solutions
– Five-year base and one, five-year option
– Fixed price, time and materials, labor hour task orders are allowed
– $5 billion program ceiling (no individual contract ceiling)
– Two areas of contract scope (Functional Areas)
– Services-based NAICS – Task orders must involve services that fall within the VETS scope : NAICS codes applicable to VETS: 541519; 518210; 611420; 541512; 541511; 541513
